On the morning of May 16, 2023, the third session of the first employee conference was held in the company's conference room. Over 40 members of the company's management team and employees attended the meeting, which was presided over by the union chairman, Li Qingquan. The number of participants met the requirements.

At the beginning of the meeting, Li Qingquan presented a report on the union's work in 2022 and the budget for 2023. He emphasized that the union is a mass organization of the working class, serving as a bridge and bond connecting all employees, and a social group safeguarding the vital interests of all employees. The union will consistently fulfill its function of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees, coordinating labor relations through equal consultation and the collective contract system, organizing employees to participate in democratic decision-making, democratic management, and democratic supervision of the company through employee congresses or other forms, listening to the opinions and demands reflected by employees, uniting and mobilizing their enthusiasm, and promoting the healthy development of the company.

Afterwards, all employees carefully deliberated on issues related to employee interests, such as the trade union system, relevant administrative systems, adjustment of work meal expenses, optimization of the distribution method of labor protection supplies, and collective wage agreements. With a strong sense of responsibility as masters, they fully exercised their democratic rights, actively discussed the content of the issues, analyzed each item, and cast their precious votes. Listening to the voices of employees, allowing them to become participants and builders of the enterprise, and effectively improving the company's democratic management level are important aspects of innovative development.

Finally, Zheng Wenquan, the branch secretary, stated that the convening of the conference was a major event in the political life of our company's employees. It would gather the wisdom of our company's vast number of employees and help the company's economic and social benefits reach a new level. Zheng Wenquan also analyzed the company's development plan, firmly believing that the new material industry will usher in vigorous development in the future. He called on everyone to work hard, overcome difficulties, pioneer and innovate, go all out, and bravely move forward to strive for the full realization of the 2023 policy objectives.
