On the morning of September 26, 2022, Chengdu Tianshun Poly New Materials Co., Ltd. organized an expert review meeting for the trial production plan. The meeting invited an expert group composed of chemical industry experts such as Zhou Dekang, Xu Shilin, and Li Mang, as well as units such as the Chengdu New Materials Industrial Functional Park Management Committee and the base company, to review the trial production plan for the first phase of the annual production of 2500 tons of new heterocyclic high-performance engineering plastics project. The review meeting was chaired by the company's general manager Zheng Wenquan, and relevant personnel from the production management department, quality, safety and environmental protection department, comprehensive management department, etc. attended the entire process.

At the meeting, General Manager Zheng Wenquan warmly welcomed the visit and guidance of experts and park leaders, and provided a detailed introduction to the basic construction situation, trial production plan preparation, and overall preparation of the Tianshun Poly Company's annual production of 2500 tons of new heterocyclic high-performance engineering plastics project (Phase I). He stated that the company attaches great importance to compliant and safe production, and has put in sufficient effort to improve and perfect the trial production plan and emergency management system. They have organized dedicated personnel to systematically prepare plans and contingency plans in accordance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.

The review expert group carefully listened to the introduction of relevant situations and conducted a detailed and thorough review of various aspects such as the commissioning plan, project construction materials, equipment management, production operations, emergency plans, and three checks and four determinations. Based on inquiries and discussions about some of the contents of the plan, they conducted in-depth inspections of key processes, equipment, and safety facilities in key sites such as the 500 ton main plant, transformer substation, central control room, and tank area. They unanimously agreed that the overall trial production plan of the company is complete in content, feasible in plan, reasonable in preparation basis, detailed in information, and meets the requirements and conditions of trial production. They unanimously agreed to pass the review. At the same time, professional opinions and suggestions were put forward for some management systems, operating procedures, equipment blowing, personnel qualifications, and training situations in the trial production plan, and targeted guidance was provided.

The successful convening of the expert review meeting for the trial production plan has played a good regulatory and guiding role in production operation management, emergency response management, and laid a solid foundation for the safety standards of Tianshun Poly Company's next trial production.
