Next, the marketing department will focus on improving the standardization and proceduralization of warehouse management, enhancing the efficiency of warehouse management work, strengthening the safety management and hidden danger elimination of material warehouses, implementing the warehouse responsibility system, conducting irregular spot checks on material storage, warehouse management, safety facilities, emergency materials, and fire safety, and ensuring sufficient material supply for formal production.
