In order to thoroughly implement the theme requirements of the national "National Fire Protection, Life First - Safe Use of Electricity and Fire" fire safety publicity month, further enhance the fire safety awareness of all staff, and improve the practical ability of emergency response, on November 20th, the company organized a special training on fire safety for chemical enterprises and an emergency drill for office building fire accidents. Leaders of Luzhou Development Guoxing Investment Co., Ltd., as well as cadres and employees from various departments of the company, participated in this event.

This training specially invited Peng Diechao, a national first-class fire engineer, national first-class construction engineer, national registered safety engineer, and Sichuan Province safety training expert, to give lectures in person. The training is closely related to the safety characteristics of the chemical industry, focusing on four modules: the necessity of fire safety training, basic knowledge of fire safety, key points of fire prevention in autumn and winter, and practical operation of enterprise fire safety management. The teaching experts combined typical fire accident cases in the domestic chemical industry in recent years to deeply analyze the safety hazards and prevention difficulties of eight high-risk links such as hot work, electrical explosion prevention, and static electricity prevention and control. Based on the actual production and operation of the company, targeted preventive measures were proposed, emphasizing the fire protection work policy of "prevention first, combination of prevention and elimination", effectively strengthening the safety responsibility awareness and risk prevention and control ability of the trainees.

After the training, the company immediately organized an emergency drill for office building fires. This drill simulates a fire caused by an electrical malfunction in the third floor office, with a focus on testing the scientific nature of the emergency plan, the timeliness of emergency response, and the collaborative disposal capabilities of various departments. During the drill, each emergency team quickly carried out tasks such as fire alarm, personnel evacuation, and initial fire suppression according to their respective plans. The entire process was tense, orderly, and smoothly connected. General Manager Zheng Wenquan and Deputy General Manager Yang Dewen provided on-site command throughout the entire process and conducted a review and evaluation of the effectiveness of the drill. This drill has basically achieved the established goals, but there are still shortcomings in emergency response speed, cross departmental coordination, and standardized practical actions, exposing weak links in the emergency mechanism. In response to the identified issues, company leaders deployed rectification work on site, requiring responsible departments to optimize and improve emergency plans based on actual conditions, strengthen collaborative training among emergency teams, eliminate the "bystander mentality" during drills, and effectively enhance the team's practical handling capabilities.

Next, the company will take this Fire Safety Awareness Month event as an opportunity to continuously improve its safety management system, conduct regular fire safety training and emergency drills, continuously enhance the safety literacy and emergency response level of all employees, and build a solid safety barrier for the high-quality development of the enterprise.
