On December 3, Zhao Caijun, Secretary of the Party Committee, Executive Director, and General Manager of Sinochem International New Materials Co., Ltd., and Lin Changhai, Deputy General Manager, visited Lutianhua Group. Ning Zhongpei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Lutianhua Group, Fu Licai, Liu Kongman, Deputy General Managers, and Gu Kaide, Chief Engineer, as well as other leaders of the group, warmly received and held a discussion with the visitors. Zheng Wenquan, General Manager of Chengdu Tianshun Baoli New Materials, and Li Qingquan, Chairman of the Labor Union and Head of the General Management Department, also participated in the discussion.

Before the symposium, General Manager Ning Zhongpei accompanied the leaders of Sinochem International to visit the corporate exhibition center of Lutiantianhua. He provided a detailed introduction to the historical evolution of Lutiantianhua and shared that since its integration, Lutiantianhua has embarked on a positive trajectory through the implementation of a series of reform and turnaround measures, achieving fruitful results in recent years. Especially during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Lutiantianhua is exploring the direction of its next transformation and development, adjusting its "three new" strategy to "new agrochemicals, new materials, and new energy". By leveraging the advantages of integrated resources, Lutiantianhua is promoting the strengthening, complementing, and extending of existing industrial chains, building overall group advantages, creating green industrial clusters, enhancing comprehensive competitiveness, and achieving high-quality development.

General Manager Zhao Caijun, on behalf of Sinochem International New Materials, introduced the industrial sectors, company development, innovation and implementation, transformation and upgrading, deepening reforms, and other related situations. He focused on in-depth discussions on the cooperation of the 2500 tons/year new heterocyclic high-performance engineering plastics project under construction by Chengdu Tianshun Baoli New Materials Co., Ltd., seeking common ground for cooperation between the two parties.

Ning Zhongpei stated that both Sinochem International and Lutianhua Group are state-owned enterprises, laying a foundation for cooperation between the two parties. Sinochem International possesses natural competitive advantages, while Lutianhua Group has excellent management experience. Both parties should strengthen communication, master core technologies and independent intellectual property rights, and achieve win-win development. It is hoped that both parties will play their roles in their respective regional markets and advantageous fields, take the heterocyclic project cooperation as an opportunity, strengthen strategic collaboration, jointly build competitive advantages in special engineering materials, cultivate new growth points, and jointly improve business performance.

        After the symposium, leaders from both sides designated specific personnel for coordination and expressed their willingness to accelerate the exploration of project cooperation.
