On the morning of February 18th, Pan Jianhua, the Party Secretary and Chairman of Lutiantianhua Group Corporation, led a team to conduct on-site research at the Tianshun Poly 2500 tons/year new heterocyclic high-performance engineering plastics project site. Chen Jin, the Assistant General Manager of Lutiantianhua Group, also participated in the research.

At the research and work meeting, Chairman Pan Jianhua listened to the work report on the overall construction of the project presented by Zheng Wenquan, General Manager of Tianshun Poly Company. The company adheres to the mission of industrializing science and technology to create value for humanity, and is guided by the values of innovation, responsibility, optimism, sharing, and win-win cooperation. It fulfills the responsibilities of a state-owned enterprise and promotes the development of new materials.

Subsequently, Pan Jianhua and his delegation visited the 500-ton main production building, the power transformation and distribution room, and the central control room. They listened to the specific construction plan and progress of the new heterocyclic high-performance engineering plastics project. They highly praised and fully affirmed the construction achievements made by Tianshun Poly Company. Additionally, they provided instructions and requirements on key issues such as construction safety management, project funding control, and epidemic prevention and control.

Pan Jianhua emphasized: Firstly, all departments should communicate and collaborate scientifically, clarify the overall construction goal, meticulously plan, organize, and construct, ensure the dual availability of funds and personnel, strictly control, and fully accelerate the progress of project construction to produce qualified products on time; secondly, coordinate development planning, attach importance to intellectual property protection, and implement the company's development positioning; thirdly, strengthen confidence, face difficulties head-on, unite and work hard, jointly promote the group's "three new" strategy, unswervingly increase the technological transformation and product research and development efforts in the new material industry, fully build a highland for the new material industry, create a green industrial cluster, and achieve high-quality development.
