On the morning of March 19, 2022, an expert group consisting of Academician Wang Yuzhong from Sichuan University, Professor Liu Xiaobo from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and renowned expert Wang Youzhi visited Chengdu Tianshun Poly Group New Material Co., Ltd. to conduct a final acceptance inspection of the "New Phthalazinone Polyarylene Ether Industrialization Demonstration Project," a national key research and development plan undertaken by the company's chairman, Academician Jian Xigao, during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. They also provided on-site guidance. Zheng Wenquan, the company's general manager, along with Zhao Yao, Li Qingquan, and other responsible persons, warmly received them.

At the conclusion review meeting, the expert panel conducted an in-depth discussion based on the report on the completion of the industrialization demonstration project of novel phthalazinone polyarylene ether, after reviewing relevant materials and asking questions.

Accompanied by leaders such as General Manager Zheng Wenquan, the expert team then visited the construction sites of the 500-ton main workshop, central control room, and power transformation and distribution room. They inspected the overall planning and phase I construction progress of the company's 2,500-ton/year new heterocyclic high-performance plastic project, and inquired in detail about the company's key equipment, product output, and application markets. They fully affirmed the construction achievements already made by Tianshun Poly, expressed confidence in the future product market, and believed that the company would definitely play a greater role in accelerating the solution of the "bottleneck" problem in core technologies of new materials. Finally, the expert team unanimously agreed that the "Industrialization Demonstration Project of New Heterocyclic Phthalazinone Polyarylene Ether" was progressing smoothly, the conclusion materials were fully complete, and all the required assessment indicators had been fully completed. They highly praised the achievements of the project and agreed to pass the conclusion acceptance.
