On the afternoon of March 29, 2022, Wang Fengjun, Secretary of the Pengzhou Municipal Party Committee, led Yan Qihai, Tang Hao, and other relevant leaders from the municipal party committee and government to visit Chengdu Tianshun Poly for an on-site investigation of the construction progress of the first phase of the 2,500-ton/year new heterocyclic high-performance engineering plastics project. Zheng Wenquan, General Manager of Tianshun Poly, and other relevant leaders accompanied the investigation throughout.

After Secretary Wang Fengjun and his delegation arrived at the project construction site, General Manager Zheng Wenquan gave a detailed introduction on the overall planning of the project and the progress of the first phase of construction. While listening carefully to the relevant reports, Secretary Wang made detailed inquiries and understandings about the layout of site facilities, on-site safety management, environmental protection standards, and other aspects. While fully affirming the phased achievements of the project construction, he also gave important instructions on key areas and crucial links of the project.

Secretary Wang emphasized that: Firstly, we must unite our efforts, take multiple measures, and embody the perseverance to overcome difficulties in project construction, accelerating the completion and commissioning of projects; secondly, we must carefully organize, further optimize the layout of facilities and functions, and create a corporate image and quality projects that match our own product positioning; thirdly, we must strictly control epidemic prevention and control, rigorously investigate the sources and dynamics of personnel on project sites, form a normalized epidemic prevention and control mechanism, and build a solid barrier for safe production; fourthly, we must earnestly fulfill the main responsibility of enterprises for ecological and environmental protection, firmly adhere to green development, implement various environmental protection standards and requirements, and take the path of sustainable development; fifthly, all functional departments must strengthen communication, proactively provide front-line services, and make every effort to alleviate difficulties for enterprises.
